We have several processes that we aren't able to identify the exact cause of the problem. I will use Grace's QI tools to begin to break down the process. I know how to involve everyone in the office and have everyone contribute to outlining the present, looking at solutions, evaluating effectiveness and moving toward sustainable improvements that can measure success.
Just-in-Time Training for Environmental Assessments during a Foodborne Illness Outbreak Investigation
The Just-In-Time (JIT) Training is an online toolkit designed for experienced environmental health specialists to use just prior to conducting an environmental assessment for a foodborne outbreak investigation. The JIT training provides only the most concise and on-the-go refresher information across 11 environmental assessment topic areas. Unlike other traditional trainings, the JIT training does not require users to take modules sequentially or to completion. Each module includes target objectives, a strategy checklist, tips from the field, and a downloadable toolkit item.
