Refund Policy

For a refund of registration fees, you must cancel at least 7 days (1 week) before the start of any training event.  To cancel you must notify the Center for Public Health Practice via e-mail to: lisa.oreilly@ucdenver.edu. Your registration fee for this event is forfeited if you cancel with less than 7 days (1 full week) notice.  Refunds will be issued within 14 days of your notice of cancellation.
