Stephanie​ L. Cross, MA, co-founder of Single Mothers of Color, was recognized by Denver Mayor Michael Hancock and the Office of Children's Affairs as​ one of Denver's 2017 class of the MBK25 -- 25 "community warriors" committed to the work and mission of Denver's My Brothers Keeper initiative. Stephanie's recognition was featured in the Colorado School of Public Health Dean's Update that was sent out via email to all ColoradoSPH staff and faculty.
